Here is a message that came from Ministerial Services this evening about helping the members in South Louisiana after the recent flooding.

Many brethren are asking about helping the brethren in Louisiana in the wake of the severe flooding that struck the area. The local pastor is Phil Sandilands, who has been providing updates on the members and any assistance he can.

If we get more information as to any specific needs of the brethren, we will pass it along to everyone. However, the Church will provide assistance for the families once we confirm their needs. At this point in time, those brethren who desire to make financial contributions may do so through the Church’s assistance fund. By selecting “Assistance Fund” if donating online, or labeling a check “assistance fund” if mailing it in (Church of God, a Worldwide Association, Inc., P.O. Box 731480, Dallas, TX 75373-1480), it will be used to assist members in need, not only in Louisiana but elsewhere if contributions exceed those needs.
