The famous story, Acres of Diamonds, told repeatedly by Russel Conwell has a great lesson to it. Often we search for something valuable, yet fail to see the value of what we already have. We are committed to preaching the gospel to the world and now that we have an organizational structure set are working to get that going. But we must never forget the value of our youth and others who are already sitting among us. If we fail to fulfill Christ's command to care of His sheep, what value is there to making disciples and having God bring others in?
